Report Builder 3.0 won't connect RRS feed

    Hi. 

    I installed the standalone Report Builder 3.0.  This will not connect to our reporting server.  I am using the same URL that Report Builder 2.0 is using.  Report Builder 2.0 does connect.  The URL is http://tstreporting/ReportServer_tstreporting.

    The report server is a Windows 2008 Server with SQL Server 2008 Sp1 (10.0.2531).
