    Which WIndows IoT core release supports in build wireless adapter for Raspberry 3B+ and Raspberry 4 ? 

    can someone help me to download and install the correct release ?

    As far as I know, the current RaspberryPi 3B+ Technical Preview is Build 17661. You can download the image here:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windowsiot

    However, the on-board WiFi is not supported in this Build. If you want to use WiFi, please use USB-WiFi module, you can find the compatible module here:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/iot-core/learn-about-hardware/hardwarecompatlist

    And the Windows 10 IoT Core support for Raspberry 4 is not released yet.

    At the moment, Windows IoT Core does not support Raspberry Pi 4. Please see this topic.
