Making Div Scroll to set to do a action

Hi

I am having a div with elements scrolling verticallly.

I want to do a thing that while i scrolling from up to down each element, when a element crosses a position which i defined it should make a sound which I assigned..

But I don't know how to make a scrolling object in a div at a particular point to make a action on it..

Please help me to resolve issue

You may be able to figure out where each element is and compare it to the scroll position but this would be some very custom javascript and HTML. You would need to know the height of each element and calculate by scroll position if it is in the location you desire. I know of no sample code that does this. You can go to http://bing.com and search to see if there is any JavaScript/HTML code that may do something similar.
