Cannot complete MS Developer Account sign-up

I'm at the last step of signing up for a developer account (Microsoft has even billed me for it already)
partner.microsoft.com/en-US/dashboard/Registration/Agreement
I check the box to accept agreement, click button to finish.
I get a 500-error which shows me the "robot in the rain page".
You're able to leave a message there...I did that three times already, but I was not contacted in any way.I've been trying to sign-up for months now...first with my Azure AAD account after with my personal account. Both do not work and MS is not responding to me. It is really becoming ridiculous. Hope my message is seen here!

Hi,
For your scenario, please open a free support ticket here: Contact Us. Choose to Contact us, select Dashboard for Topic and select Account setup and management for issue type. The back team could check what's going on with your account. If you haven't been contacted for a long time like three or more business days, you could share the ticket number here. I'll send your ticket to the team and bring your back online.

Hmm I left a reply address to which I only received a mail confirming the case. The other emails were send to my hotmail account (which I checked but the mail ended up in the JUNK folder). Thanks I will reply to them now.Friday, March 13, 2020 8:01 AM
