Dialog Filter Windows Embedded Standard 7 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello All,

I have a windows Embedded Standard 7 OS and I am trying to configure the dialog filter to hide a specific dialog box. The dialog I want to filter is for my custom application that i have running. Currently it is still under development and it sometimes throws exceptions and then I get the "MyApp.exe has stopped working" dialog and there is only the Close program button. I used the dialog filter to get the xml output to put in the configuration list and added the action to click the close program button (see below). but for some reason the dialog filter does not catch this dialog. Any idea what I may be doing wrong?

          <Button>Close program</Button>
          <Action>Close program</Action>

  • You have to change the way you notify the errors.

    Try to use

In the constructor of your application, it should hide the "Has stopped working" dialog.

    Hope this helps.
