Error while downloading from blob

Hi,

I'm getting an error while downloading from BLOB

Access to the path 'c:\windows\system32\inetsrv\techblob.xlsx' is denied.

I have also given public access to the blob.

Hi,

It looks like you are trying to download an Excel file - is this correct?  Are you doing this from a program, or by clicking on a link somewhere?  Is the file local or on a network drive, and are there any permissions to it?
