Self hosted Integration Runtime becoming offline RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi, I have a problem with 3 integration runtimes that I have installed in on-prem pcs (2 on windows 7 and 1 on windows 10). They become offline after a while if no one is connected to that pc, but when someone logs into that pc, the integration runtime starts connecting to the cloud and successfully do so.

I have tried changing the power options to never hibernate or suspend, changing the firewalls, and these pcs dont use proxy to connect to internet.

I have really no idea what else to try, if you could help me it would be great.

    Thanks in advance.

  • If your computers are in corporate domain, they might be controlled by group policy. So even you disabled hibernate or suspend timer, they might still sleep according to the global power management policy. You could check System log in Event Viewer and see what happened.
