Anyway to flip KinectV2 as Webcam image feed? RRS feed

  • Hello,

    I am using KinectV2 in Unity3D to scan barcode using the ZXing library. The KinectV2 can act as a webcam and can be accessed by Unity's Webcam API, but the image from Kinect is mirrored, which makes the barcode unreadable. Is there any way for the Kinect Camera to flip horizontally so the image can be read?

    I can flip the texture manually in Unity, but processing 30 1920x1080 frames is slow.
