How to validate Registration form in WPF with Mysql Database?

Hi,

I have designed a Wpf registration form which is as follows

Now i want to validate this from to Mysql database. 

can anyone help me out with the code for the above

There is an article on input validation, and the explaination is very helpful for you, if you develop with MVVM, you could use that approach:
