Azure web app removed but still show up in app service plan

Question
-
We deleted a web app since we want to remove the entire Azure web hosting plan. It seemed to work, we can't navigate to the site anymore. Fetching all resources with Powershell will show it is there but when specifying the name of it, it won't make it show up like others generally do.
This is obviously an error that has occurred on Azure but we don't have a support account yet. Who can we contact to have it removed?

Hi Azam,
Problem is it is removed but it is still connected to the hosting plan. Something must have failed when we removed it.
If I browse to it I get a "Not found" error message.
And the error message I get when I click the web app that has been removed.

Hi Magnus,
My name is Cory Fowler, I am a Program Manager on the Azure App Service team.
Yesterday I investigated into this issue, which was also reported via a support ticket.
I was able to find the site and delete it from our service. Could you please re-attempt to remove the App Service Plan which you are attempting to delete?
Thanks,
Cory.
