App crashes when Settings Pane is opened(which will be loading) and again clicked on app

    Question

  • I have few Commands in Settings Pane, so when my app is busy with refreshing or something, When I click open the Settings pane, it shows the that "Getting information from my app". So when I click on the app, the app crashes. Can you please help me with this issue?

    Thanks

NOTE: If I ask for code, please provide something that I can drop directly into a project and run (including XAML), or an actual application project. I'm trying to help a lot of people, so I don't have time to figure out weird snippets with undefined objects and unknown namespaces.

  • I advise that you get a callstack from the crash and paste it here.

  • Hi Matt,

The app is not crashing while debugging, but it crashes when I run the app without debugging. Tried in Release mode too but it does not crash when I run the app from code.

    Thanks
