.NET Framework Problems RRS feed

  • Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2, PDC, Exchange Server, DNS, DHCP.

     

    Trying to install 3.0 SP1, failed. Tried to uninstall 3.0, failed. Tried to uninstall 2.0 SP1, failed. Removed IIS. I've tried to uninstall and repair both of these, in every order imaginable, but had almost no luck. I removed both 2 and 3 with the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility and I've been able to re-install 3.0, but I cannot uninstall it. I still cannot update to 3.0 SP1. Now, 2.0 doesn't even show up in the Windows Installer Cleanup list.

     

    For the last 3.0 SP1 install, I got this:

    Now, my Exchange server will not start (Information Store and MTA services), and I get this error:
