How to make Sound Recorder with quality is 16Hz and 16bit Mono RRS feed

  • Hello.

    I want make a sound recorder but i can't make sound quality is 16Hz and 16bit Mono.

    Can anyone help me?

    You made a discussion thread, that is if somebody is telling how to do it. 

    But I don;'t see anything than that you ask "Can anyone help me".

    That should be a question so change the message in top of the original message to Question.

  • I made a sound recorder use Winmm.dll but i just have 2 button are Start and Stop.

    I want ask how to record sound 16Hz and 16bit Mono..

  • Sorry, you didn't make a sound recorder. You start to do this an want to know how.
    Have a look here and check the availability of a matching SDK.

    Note, a good programmer is also using SDKs. Why not?

    If you are using the (mcisendstring) command then take a look at the string commands for it located here

    I have not tried it but, you may want to check out the (Set) string

    It is all for C++ but, it should give you an idea of how to set different formats.
