Crystal Reports setup with VS2010 Premium RRS feed

    We are new to VS, we are migrating from Borland Builder, and we are trying to figure out what it is that we need to install to get Crystal Reports installed correctly.  I see that there is 3 options for CR. And, if I'm right, I need to install the standard install package.  (Here come the questions) But do I need the other 2 packages?  If I do is there any particular order that I need to install them in?  Do I need one or even both of the runtime enigines?  If I need both is there a particular order they need to be installed?  If I need any of the engines do they need to be installed before or after the CR packages for VS2010?
