    For a client who wants to roll out ccf for several different callcenters I am doing some technical investigations.

    Is it possible to make a base setup ccf which needs minor adaptations for each callcenter? That is: is the customization pure (developer)technical at developer level or can e.g. the workflow be done by a consultant?

    What is the timeframe for implementation for lets say a call center in where the agent used to navigate between 3 different straightforward win32 applications; each app has 10 fields to fill in and 1 buttonclick action.

    Can most be done via workflows, or is there allways custom code to write? What percentage of total time?

    All answers are very wellcome!
