Can we use the Cisco VPN client to connect to the azure VPN setup ? RRS feed

  • Can we setup Cisco VPN client to connect to azure cloud ?

    I have a watchguard firewall and tried various configurations but could not get it to work.

  • Unfortunately you can't, Azure side is expecting the on-premises side to have a VPN device capable of site-to-site VPN (not remote access client).

    Do you get any errors when you connect to azure cloud using Cisco VPN? Try Ciscro VPN Device Configuration Scripts, I hope it helps.

  • Can you please describe how I can use the configuration script specifically which one on the Cisco VPN client ?

    A step by step walkthrough would be great.
