Thanks for posting here.
You can use the Get-PhysicalDisk to get the disk number, the serial number of the physical disk, MediaType(SSD,HDD), HealthStatus,
etc.

Then, use
winsat disk(need to run cmd/powershell as administrator) to check the performance with the specified disk number(such as "0" in my environment)
