Hi
We are Gold Competency ISV and renewed our Competency last month ( before expiry date ). Now our portal shows Gold Application Development - Active, but shows Organisational Partner ID XXXXXX (Expired). Also our MSDN subcription shows expired.
After contacting Microsoft, I got a reply that it is a Global bug and they are working on it. But it is almost one month over and yet to fix the issue. I want to know that any other partner ( new or renewal ) experiencing the same issue.

Thanks for posting Gopals. To make sure I understand:
- you contacted Microsoft Partner Support for this issue? Where did you find their number?
- You haven't been able to access your partner benefits for about a month?
- no one has gotten back to you to close out your case?
Do you have a case number?
Thanks,
Mike

Hi
I have contacted TPAS Telepartner Account specialist, Inderpal Singh (Sherry), was introduced a month ago as our Account Manager. I reported this issue, and got the reply as below. Yes I haven't been able to access my benfit even after I paid the amount first week of this month. I didn't contacted MPN support directly. Do let me know if you can help on this matter.
Regards
Gopal

Hi Gopal,I understand your frustration but its Global Bug that is effecting all the partner who recently renewed their membership.
Our teams are continuously working to sort this issue out but it’s pretty complex so that’s why it’s taking that long and they didn’t provide me any time frame.
I will definitely get back to you once I get any update.
My sincere apologies for this delay.
Kind regards
Sherry

Hi Mike,
Sorry for the delay, yesterday I saw my Partner Network portal updated and shows active. But none confirm from the Partner Network Team, that the Issue got fixed. Since my MSDN period is elapsed, the MSDN portal shows expired now. I believe as part of Partner Network benefit, I may get the Subcription ID details from Partner Network Team, to add as new subscription to get access MSDN. Last year I did the same procedure after Partner Network renewal. So I am waiting for the MSDN Subcription ID details. Can you help on this matter ?
Thanks
Gopal
