Prevent Other Users from Changing Data of a Table RRS feed

    How do i prevent other users from changing the data of my tables? Means one can change data using only my login rest others cannot even DBA or also from server administrator

  • No one is priviledged to access or change any data unless you grant the permissions to them. The administrator are by default granted access as sysadmins to the servers. The sysadmin role is granted dbowner roles by default in the databases. But these default values can be overwritten, just remove the role membership of the admins out of the appropiate groups and you will see that they will be restricted like any other user. But be sure that you will have someone which could do administive things if you lockout yourself.
