Detect User Mobile Number

i am developing simple asp.net mobile web page , i am trying to make this page detect the visitor mobile number , i seek alot in many web articles that discuss the asp.net web applications but there is no one discuss this simple issue , please advise me how to solve this issue ,

The WAP gateway of the service provider (mobile service operator) adds a header "X-MSISDN". This header contains the mobile phone number.

This is the only way to get the phone number.
