    Is there in VBA, a date function which returns the number of work days between two dates. The DateDiff function sums up the work days and non-work days.<o:p></o:p>

    Yes, its the Application.DateDifference Method. It returns the difference between two dates in minutes. Use the appropriate factor to convert minutes to work days.
