  • Hi,

    I have created a ribbon control for outlook 2010. I want to display an image (logo) in this. What type of control can i use to do this, is it possible? Is it also possible to have an little ion on the tab beore or after the tab text?

  • A button can display an image, among other types of ribbon controls. See http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/office/aa338199(v=office.12).aspx for the attributes allowed for different types of ribbon controls.
     
    You can display a new tab of your own anywhere you want in the ribbon, but you can't just display an image directly on the ribbon. An image has to be associated with a control that supports images.
