    Hi Sarita,

    The error message happens simply because the hosting server you are using does not support Crystal Report or Crystal Report for VS 2010 (v13)

    The solution is to get your host to install it and you need to enable full trust mode for CR support. Not many hosts out there support this feature and hence, for Crystal Report hosting, I would recommend you asphostcentral.com in this case.
