Our domain's email communications are systematically going to junk mail, or not delivered at all RRS feed

  • Question

  • Our website verifies user accounts by sending a link to our users' given email address.  In many cases those address are either hotmail or outlook, both of which are Microsoft properties.

Our end users aren't able to complete the sign-up process because they are not seeing the verification email.  In our realm it is unrealistic and impractical to expect all users to go into their email settings and add our domain to a safe list.

We're currently hosted in BlueHost.  We've verified that our domain has not been black-listed by any of the common blacklists of spammers - we use MailChimp for our marketing communications.

Is there a more effective, blanket method that would allow us to get white listed by Microsoft properties?  The quality of our service suffers due to our inability to effectively verify users of hotmail and outlook.

Thank you in advance for any constructive input!
