Project Server 2010 - Get Status Manager via PSI RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm trying to get the Status Manager for a Task in Project Server 2010 using the PSI.  I found the StatusManager property in the ProjectDataSet.TaskRow class, but this field always appears to be an empty GUID.  Any ideas?

  • Hello gmhamm0,

    Yes, I have seen that even I used the following project entity type in Project.ReadProjectEntities Method of Project Web services but StatusManager column was empty. (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg204413.aspx)

    Project = 1,Task = 2,Resource = 4,

    I did setup the status manager for the tasks , saved & published but NO luck so I decided to query the Reporting database & I got the result. In my custom report , wherever I wanted to show the statusManager, I used the reporting db.

    SELECT [TaskUID]

          ,[ProjectUID]

          ,TaskStatusManagerUID

      FROM [ProjectServer_Reporting].[dbo].[MSP_EpmTask_UserView]
