After re-structuring AD users they are not receive any emails ! RRS feed

  • Hi Team,

      We have one parent domain and Child domain, and we moved child domain users by using ADMT.

    After moving users to parent domain , we have linked the mailboxes to the moved users which in parent domain.

    Here, the scenario is after linked the mailboxes to moved user, outlook mail is not connected to exchange servers.

    Please guide me ASAP.
