  • Question

  • Hello Guys

I have a windows server 2008 R2 running in domain , I want to  share folder with Centos 7 linux server,

Because of AD policy, guest account banned and any AD account need change password in 1 month, so I must mount the server share every month.

So I want to  mount the Cifs share to linux var windows server local administrator, but always fail,

    syntax : mount -t cifs -o username='admin_name',password='!@#$%^' //192.168.0.23/share /mnt/share

    error      mount: //192.168.0.23/share is write-protected, mounting read-only mount: cannot mount //192.168.0.23/share read-only

how can I do to mount the Cifs share?

    syntax  mount -t cifs -o username='admin_name',password='!@#$%^' //192.168.0.23/share /mnt/share
