particularly in IE10 when using a mouse I recognized that it is not always possible to bring up the IE10's menus easily. This depends on the displayed web content and the position of the mouse in this content. This could lead to confusion and the experience
becomes sluggish. This is because the user has to seek another position to right-click on. This repeats until he/she eventually finds an appropriate one.
I propose displaying the menu as soon as the mouse touches the top/bottom edge of the screen.
