Video conference

We have an existing (C#) website that allows our customers to login securely with their credentials.

I am wondering how I would best implement a system for our customers to create rooms that allow 'one on one' or 'one to many' video/webcam conference rooms within our website.

Any thoughts on where to start such a project?
