METRO UI CHART VALUE ERROR

1[RED]) PROBLEM IS IF THE VALUE GOES BEYOND SIX DIGITS TOOLTIP COMES PERFECT BUT VALUE SHOWS AS ERROR NOTE RED MARKINGS 

2[VIOLET]) PROBLEM GAUGE SEE COLOUR GETS LOADED TILL 900 VALUE ABOVE THAT NO TOOLTIP AS WELL AS NO COLOUR AND SHOWS ONLY PERCENTAGE.

THE VALUE ITSELF IS SHOWN AS PERCENTAGE OR IN VALUE HOW TO REMOVE PERCENTAGE AND ADD COLOUR HOW SHOWN IN MAR AND FEB PLEASE HELP
