Customizing My site Master page

Question

Hi all,

Whenever we clicks on "My Site" link, sharepoint opens up the my site page with default master page applied on it.

Instead of opening my site with default master page, i want to apply my own master page. 

So any user logs in to application and click on My site link, it shud opens up with our customized master page.

I don't think it's particulary easy to do.
