Hi,
I believe this question has been asked and answered before.
Please check it out here. Please tell me if you are experiencing a different problem.
*By the way you should change the forum to "Windows 10 IT Pro > Windows 10 General" or "using forum > where is the forum for...?" since your question would fit better in those forums, rather than " SQL Server > SQL Server Data Access".

This is a SQL Server forum. You need to ask your question on a Windows forum.
