App was unpublished, no response from reportapp team RRS feed

  • One of our apps was unpublished and the following is stated in the certification report:

    "We removed your app from the Store until you make needed changes"

    Nowhere does it state what changes need to be made.  I have emailed  multiple times and have not received a response.  I have created a support ticket and the support rep told me to contact reportapp even though I told him they have not answered in 3 days.

  • Similar problem, it said failed, but report said passed but need some changes, but does not say what to change. I'm asking that email too, I don't know if they will reply me.

    And it said must contact them before it can resubmit, but seems it can submit. Seems the dev center upgraded recently, is something wrong?
