use of .vshost.exe RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have created a couple of winform apps. I have seent that whenever i start my application i see a projectname.vshost.exe in the executing process. whats exact use of this exe. I want to fine details of this.

  • yourapp.vshost.exe is used by the Visual Studio Debugger.  When you run your program in debug mode, its ran through the vshost.exe instead of your exe itself.
