how to change resources location (region) ?

Question

How can I change resources location ? I am talking about moving resources :

1. Azure Database for MySQL server
2. Data factory (V2)
3. Disk
4. NETWORK INTERFACE
5. SQL DATABASE
6. SQL SERVER
7. STORAGE ACCOUNT
8. VIRTUAL MACHINE
9. VIRTUAL NETWORK

from one region (for example south India) to another (for example  southeast Asia) ?

even just a few resource transfer will be great help instead of creating all from scratch will be a great help

Currently there is no such feature available in Azure to move resources from one location to another whereas it supports moving to different subscriptions and Resource groups.

However, as an alternative we can redeploy (create new) resources in new location by using ARM templates which involves only minimal changes like location & name by re-using the existing setup.
