10 minute time-out with Samsung MagicInfo pro server RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I'm trying to configure the Samsung MagicInfo pro server software on a Windows 2008 Virtual Machine.

    Everything seems to be working fine. Samsung TV screens can connect to the server and download the correct contents (and display it). After around 10 minutes all TV screens lose the connection with the server and won't reconnect without a full reboot of the TV screen. We have tested this with multiple TV screens and have succesfully worked with other server solutions in the past. 

    Can someone guide me towards a solution?

  • Hi,

    Is the connection loss temporary or is the web role permanently disconnected? We need a couple of thing from you

    1. Application Event log from the machine

    2. Run "\Program Files\Windows Azure Connect\Endpoint\diagnose /collectlogs" from an administrator prompt and share the resulting CAB file with us.
