Dreamspark Login Error RRS feed

  • I had student access granted last year for the Dreamspark website and I have attempted to log in again this year to be taken to a verify email address screen. My academic email address is showing on the screen and I have to enter in my Country and click a button to confirm complete.

    A message pops up saying I am being to the verify page then a message saying my email is already registered then nothing. I can not access the software that I need for my final year project.

    I have raised for support twice over the last month and no one is coming back to me. My project which require Microsoft Azure licence starts in two weeks and I am panicking that I won't be able to start.

    Is anyone else having problem? Anyone know how to fix this?
