Random exceptions being thrown? RRS feed

  • Question

  • So I made a windows store app called memory test and now when I run it I get some random exceptions.

Here is the full project: //www.mediafire.com/?j3b9s6wqfq1a2e9

Everything work the way I want it to but I was doing a little experiment. If you open it you will notice this random red rectangle in the bottom right corner. I wanted that feel of when they click each box it has that effect when you click a windows tile. Like you know in the startmenu and you just hold the cursor down on a button and it shrinks somewhat? and when you let go it becomes normal again? So I googled it and I figured out I need to use something called VisualStateManager. Ive been doing this since 3 which means 8 hours of continuous research with nothing. I figured out how to use and everything compiles but it just keeps throwing that exception. When I remove it, it works fine. There are also 2 event handlers for it in the mainpage.cpp and mainpage.h.

    This effect: //msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/apps/hh969164.aspx

Can anyone please explain to as to what I am doing wrong?

Just add the http: at the startings, I cant post links since my account isn't verifyed but it will soon be.
