Issue with purchasing Full apps from store on x64 Windows 8.1


  • We faced some odd issue with purchasing Full apps from store.
    We have unlimited trial with unlock of the full content in the full version of game. So from user’s perspective it looks like our games with IAP if he\she tries the game before purchase.

    The issue is this – some user can’t bought the full app because it is not unlocked if they download it after purchase by pressing ‘Buy’ button.
    And if they try ‘Try’ option they cannot unlock game from within.
    This happens only on x86 version of Windows 8.1. Other versions are fine and without the issue.

    Currently we reproduced this problem on Mystery of the Opera Full.
    We also have some complains from our customers about this.
    We have the same code for trial in all our apps so I suspect it is a store issue.

    What should we do to fix this?
