WCF Adapter & maxBytesPerRead RRS feed

  • Question

  •

    Hi all,

is there a way to specify the readerQuotas maxBytesPerRead property in a WCF (WsHttp) Receive location? The only property I can set via property panel is the Binding Property maxReceivedMessageSize.

    Thx, Ax

  • One workaround I can think of - use the WCF-Custom binding instead of WCF-WsHttp. In WCF-Custom, select the binding as wsHttpBinding. Then, write your own IEndpointBehavior, which at runtime, sets the necessary values on the ReaderQuotas binding property. This should work.

Yes, with the WCF-Custom adapter I can set all the binding and quotas property I want.

    Many thanks Mustanir.
