Problem accessing Azure CDN (Akamai) for some users RRS feed

  • We are using Azure CDN on our website (https://tproger.ru/) and some our users report that they don't see styles and images on our site while viewing it on mobile devices in Russia with Megafon provider. It seems that this problem affects only users in some regions (Kavkaz is more likely). Megafon's support says that they don'st see any problems but we have real users sending us a screenshots of broken website layout. Please, help.

    Are you using an Azure CDN with Verizon or Akamai profile?

    Are you able to ask users to get a MTR, or the customer's IP's and timestamp of failed request?

  • I'm using Akamai profile. I have screenshots and phone numbers for problem users but I can not post it on public forum. Will ask for IPs and write back.

  • Since this seems to be a regional problem, the fastest way would be for you to open a ticket via the Azure Portal, selecting the Azure CDN with Akamai (portal) option so that it gets routed to the right engineers to look into your problem.
