How to Allow ISA server 2004 for access to applications on my mobile phone via wifi connection RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi I'm running my small business on wifi Windows 2003 server and ISA Server 2004 are installed with active directory and DHCP. When I connect my Mobile phone with the access point it connects and I can surf the internet in Opera mini (if HTTP protocol) is selected in the opera mini, but when I try surfing internet in default browser or try to use some applications like YOUTUBE , OVI, Skype, messengers etc. The ISA server rejects.

I have made 2 rules in ISA server 2004

    1. (DHCP) rule name = DHCP----Rule action = Allow ----selected Protocols = DHCP requests, DHCP Replies, DNS, RDP terminal service, Rlogin and last one is Traffic Quota ----- Rule sources = any where ----- Rule destination = anywhere ---- users = all users

    2. (HTTP) Rule name = HTTP ---- Rule action = Allow ----- Protocols = All outbound traffic -----Rule sources = Internal, Local host ------ Rule destination = anywhere ------ users = all users

any help will be appreciated ...
