  • Assuming you are using windows 10 - do not use edge.

    Silverlight doesn't work in edge.

    Use internet explorer 11.

You can find it by typing internet explorer in the "search web and windows" box.

If you have problems with that follow the instructions here:

  • Hi muddford,

Could you please tell us which browser and operate system are you using?
If you are using Chrome, it doesn't support Silverlight from this month. Please change another browser, such as IE or Firefox.  Please check the system and browser requirement from below link. Please make sure both of your system and browser support Silverlight. If satisfy the requirement and you don't use Chrome and Edge, please feel free to let me know.

  • Hi muddford,

You don't need to download IE 11. Please open Start menu and select the "All apps". Then open "Windows Accessories", you can find the IE under it.
