  • No, I am planning to develop an outlook add-in which has to take user words from the user and send an email.

    I have used the below line to add a combobox to the command bar to take user words.

    (Office.CommandBarComboBox)commandBar.Controls.Add(Office.MsoControlType.msoControlComboBox, 1, missing, missing, false);

    But this is not storing previously typed values.

    I hope you understand now. Please let me know your thoughts on this.

  • Hi Venkatesh,

    What's mean of not storing previously type values?

  • If suppose I have already type a word1, word2, word3....and submitted.

    Next time, while I am typing word I would like to see all the words starting with 'word' has to be populated and can be selectable at the bottom of the dropdown.

    For this any explicit code is required?
