How to get an app featured on the WP Marketplace?

Hi all,

I'm new to self-publishing apps and was wondering how to get an app featured on the WP Marketplace? I wasn't able to find any way to submit apps for review, and thus assume that the Marketplace staff pick the apps to be featured on their own...
