    yes that correct. touchscreen opn tablet will be the same as on pc. you can also use the simulator to test the touch interaction on an pc without touchscreen

  • it depends bit on the scenario. but you need to make sure the application can be used with mouse, keyboard and touch. most scenario's you can do only with pc or tablet and using the simulator. althought it wouldnt hurt to use multiple devices.
