Project server 2010 dont't sharepoint server RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm trying to setup project server 2010 trial on trial sharepoint server 2010, I've got an error: "You need corporative edition of sharepoint" or something like that. I've tryed 2 versions, enterprise and enterprise for internet sites (by the way, I think they're the same: size is absolytly the same), nothing. I'm using russian versions. Whats'up?

  • Hello tutpusto

In SharePoint admin, you need to specify that SharePoint as Enterprise edition.  Look under the "Upgrade and Migration"', then check "Convert Farm licence type" and/or "Enable Enterprise Features"

  • There is nothing written under "current licence", and under it written "enter key of product", and there is a field for typing this key, but I can't acrivate it to type in, can't put my typing cursor in, this field looks like noting, like any other real empty place on the page. Haha.

  • I've reinstalled sharepoint 3 times today (further to 5 or 6 before today) and it's ok now. Surprisingly easy.
