Create dynamic Quicklaunch for everpage in a site RRS feed

  • Hi ,

    I have created a site(moss/default.aspx) which is having the quick launch has,  like...

    quick launch one

    quick launch two

    But I have to change this quick launch link items in another aspx page(moss/other.aspx) in same site , like ..

    quick launch three

    quick launch four

    Please Help me in these....

  • Hi Prem,

    I don't think you can change links in Quick Launch dynamically, as it is coming from SPNavigationProvider which internally refers to Site > Site Settings > Quick Launch.

     

    You can write custom web part that contains custom navigation and place it in your respective content pages.

  • Yes Custom web part is the option here.Once created use SharePoint Designer to add the webpart to master page
