Problem with running a simulator RRS feed

  • Question

  • When I try to run a simulator

    I got that error:
Windows Simulator needs your current credentials. Please lock this computer, then unlock it using your current password and run the Windows Simulator again. To lock your computer, press CTRL-ALT-DEL and then press Enter.

Locking the computer and unlocking it again doesn't help.

    Please, advise smth!

I need to run it for testing my app in different modes.

  • See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2898148 and let us know if you still have problems. You may also get this if you log into the system with a smartcard and pin rather than username and password, since the smartcard login doesn't get passed on through the Simulator's RDP session.

  • Rob, thanks for you answer.

    Unfortunately, it didn't help.

When I tried to install that rollups. It says that I already have it.

I use simple login without smartcard.
