IE10 placement of back button flawed RRS feed

  • General discussion

  • The Back button placement in the lower left hand corner makes it very easy to hit the Start button by mistake, making you lose your train of thought and context as you try to get back to where you were.

  • Yeah, I've noticed this too. What's the name of this law they mentioned at build? the one that says "The further you have to move your mouse the larger the hit target needs to be". Well there's a very fine line between hitting the back button and overrunning into the start menu and people are used to throwing their mouse into the corners to hit buttons that are down there.

It's only annoying on this crappy 3 button mouse, but it is annoying. I'd like the start menu on the other side since that's where the settings, search and devices side menus come up, but that I suppose is personal preference.
